TORU is where everything is developed and served. Coffee is roasted in-house and refined through daily use. Matcha is prepared with the same level of control, using selections sourced directly from Japan. We also serve Japanese-inspired food and desserts, designed to sit naturally alongside coffee and matcha. You can taste coffee before choosing your beans, or speak with us directly for wholesale and sourcing.
